In order to protect their trademarks, some of the brands offered on Wholesale 101 require us to obtain written agreement from our customers that they will comply with certain conditions related to the resale of the brands’ merchandise.  The content of these agreements vary by brand.  These agreements typically prohibit the use of the brand name and/or trademark in any advertising and sometimes there is a limitation on where the merchandise can be sold. If you are purchasing a brand that requires a Compliance Agreement, you will be required to provide a signed agreement prior to the execution of your order.
