How do I make an offer?

Simply click on the "Make an Offer" button in the shopping cart area of each lot you wish to make an offer on. You will then be prompted to enter an offer price for the total lot. Upon receipt of your offer we will review and respond via email within 24 hours.


How long will an item stay in the shopping cart?

Your shopping cart will be saved for 30 days. Items in a shopping cart, however, will not be reserved to your order until that order is submitted.

How do I make a purchase?

Once you have registered you will receive a user name and password, which will allow you to view our membership prices and place your order.  From the Wholesale101 website, select the lot you wish to purchase. Once you have selected your lot click the “Add to Cartâ€� button. The on-screen shopping cart will show each item (lot) after it has been added to the cart. To complete your order, click the “Check Outâ€� button from the on-screen shopping cart.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

No.  To enable us to provide quick turnaround, all orders are considered to be firm orders when received. Once submitted, an order cannot be cancelled or changed. Later additions to an order will be treated as a new order and billed/shipped separately.
